Sounds as if you are off to a good start on the seed sowing too! I've given up on celeriac, at least for this year, they never seem to thrive here, though I used to grow it well up at the old allotment before we moved. Good luck with all your sowing. And thank you for sharing the Dunham Massey, like Jessica I really love the birches underplanted with snowdrops.Janet/Plantaliscioushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15605580157193047780noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7980536948969347626.post-61456143478577033812016-03-09T20:38:25.443+00:002016-03-09T20:38:25.443+00:00I'm glad you're feeling better now. I love the long tailed tits, too - such a wonderful little bird. I love the way they help each other out within the flock during the nesting season. The stark whiteness of the birches together with the snowdrops is quite stunning.Wendyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02792703802542843791noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7980536948969347626.post-72145658644450030342016-03-09T09:00:52.679+00:002016-03-09T09:00:52.679+00:00I just love having birds in my garden its such a b...I just love having birds in my garden its such a big part of it for me.<br />Yes love to be back seed sowing, I've got to take it slowly though looks cool for a bit longer yet.Annie_Hhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03140041665657746319noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7980536948969347626.post-19693660887934694272016-03-09T08:59:39.852+00:002016-03-09T08:59:39.852+00:00The masses of daffodils look fab, some bits of the...The masses of daffodils look fab, some bits of the garden need a bit longer to establish I think and I was a bit disappointed in the hellebores. Never thought robins would go on feeders but they have started using them more and more now, don't look comfortable at it yet though!!Annie_Hhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03140041665657746319noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7980536948969347626.post-82005812075693650482016-03-09T08:55:02.903+00:002016-03-09T08:55:02.903+00:00Yes thats funny, they are impressive to watchYes thats funny, they are impressive to watchAnnie_Hhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03140041665657746319noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7980536948969347626.post-63594760137996272642016-03-09T08:54:08.788+00:002016-03-09T08:54:08.788+00:00Its a perfect combination isn't it and I think...Its a perfect combination isn't it and I think it will get better as the snowdrops bulk up and spread underneath.
